3a) Fair use & rate limits
To keep the service fast and reliable for everyone, we apply technical limits to how often features can be used within a given time window.
- Practice questions API: up to 10 requests per minute and 150 requests per hour per account (and may also be enforced per IP).
- Full tests: you may start up to 5 tests per rolling 24-hour period per account.
If you exceed a limit, we respond with HTTP 429 (“Too Many Requests”). The response may include a
Retry-After header and/or an on-screen message showing how long to wait before trying again.
- Attempts to bypass limits (for example through automation, scripting, rotating identities, or account sharing) are not permitted and may lead to suspension or termination under these Terms.
- If you have a legitimate high-volume use case (e.g., a classroom or team license), contact us at info@gradunlimited.com to discuss higher limits.
We may adjust these limits from time to time to protect service stability. For material changes that negatively affect paid features, we aim to give reasonable notice.
4) Plans, prices & taxes
- Prices are shown in your local currency when possible (e.g., SEK, EUR, USD, GBP). The exact charge currency is clearly shown at checkout and on your receipt.
- We accept payments in multiple currencies through Stripe. If your card/account uses a different currency, your bank or card issuer may apply its own FX rate and/or fees. GradUnlimited does not add any FX markup.
- VAT/moms (where applicable) is calculated from your billing country and shown on the checkout page. EU business customers with a valid VAT number may be reverse-charged.
- If we advertise a discount, we display the legally required reference (e.g., the lowest price in the last 30 days) where applicable.
- Refunds, when granted under our policy, are processed in the original payment currency. Exchange-rate movements or card-issuer fees are not reimbursed.
Plan features are described on our Plans page.
5) Subscriptions, renewal & cancellation

If you purchase as a consumer, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts.
Digital content exception: If you request immediate access to the premium features and confirm that this begins the performance of the contract, you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is lost once delivery starts. We present this clearly at checkout.
Refund terms and how to exercise your rights are explained in our Refunds & Withdrawal page (including the EU model withdrawal form).
7) Service changes
We may add, modify, or remove features. For material changes that negatively affect paid features, we will give reasonable notice.
8) Payments & providers
We use payment providers to process transactions securely. We do not store full card or bank details.
