Do you accept other currencies?
We currently charge in SEK. For convenience, we show an estimated price in your local currency (USD/EUR/GBP). Conversions are estimates — checkout is in SEK.
Is there a limit on full test simulations?
Yes. Premium includes up to 5 full tests per day (no monthly cap). If you want more, contact support and we will try to help.
Can I upgrade anytime?
Yes. You can change plans at any time from your account. Changes take effect immediately for the remaining period. For example, if you move from Basic to Premium after a month, you only pay the difference for that year (500 kr), and then pay full price the following years (1699 kr).
What’s included in Basic vs Premium?
Basic: 10,000+ practice questions, review mode, and fine-grained controls (type, difficulty, text length). Premium: everything in Basic plus full test simulations (up to 5/day), adaptive environment, estimated GMAT score, and a personal progression graph.
Do I have a 14-day right of withdrawal?
If you’re an EU/EEA consumer buying online, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. If you choose Start now at checkout to get immediate access, you will be asked to confirm that you lose the 14-day right once delivery begins (when features from your paying plan are used). Can I get a refund after I start using premium?
After you request immediate access and start using features from your paying plan, the legal withdrawal right no longer applies. However, we aim to be fair: if you contact us within 14 days and haven’t used any features, we refund in full; if usage is minimal (e.g., fewer than 10 questions, no full tests in 48 hours), we may offer a goodwill refund. How do I request a refund and how long does it take?
Email with subject Refund request. We refund within 14 days of your request (usually faster) using the same payment method unless you ask otherwise.
How do refunds and cancellations work in the United States?
U.S. law doesn’t grant a general 14-day cooling-off right for online digital purchases. Refunds follow our posted policy: full refund within 14 days if you haven’t used features or the question-bank; goodwill refunds for minimal use; otherwise no refunds after subscription use begins. Subscriptions are auto-renewing — we clearly show terms at checkout, email a confirmation, and you can cancel online anytime.
